So I into my apartment semi-successfully, had issues with the bank not sorting out my payment and so my rent is overdue.
Jackie didn't transfer the money into her rent paying account and so didn't manage to pay her rent either, however as this is her fault and not the banks she'll have to pay $150 in fees.
I'm making a lot of typos while writing this, and given that I have just been hit rather hard around the ear with a pool cue I am concerned that I may have done myself some damage. Jackie, who was holding the other end of the pool cue, isn't the slightest bit worried and has wondered off to watch TV after I got up off the floor. Thanks Jackie, I really appreciate your care and concern after you ask me if I'm all right and I say 'no'.
Also, someone is reading the text off their computer out loud next to me. This is very irritating.
I am not a happy bunny.

So I've had exams and then mum had shingles and then dad had a kidney stone and then I had one too and then it got infected and then it was christmas and then I got bitten by a poisonous spider and then it was New Years and then I got bitten again (it's in my bedroom ! D:) and then it's now. White-tail spider is still on the loose, looking for revenge after I turfed it's housemate out. Good news is, I think I'm getting an immunity.

I drew Haruken, and found Devit on the internet. Drawn for 'halfcocked' aka Devit on CFUD, which is where I spend most of my time these days. I'm thinking of auditioning next councilor app round, but I can't say who for in case someone who reads this is on CFUD, and then you couldn't vote for me.
However I feel that my CFUD time is going to shrink rather soon, as I go back to work at the cattery in a few days. 31 cats, two hours. Ohboyoboy.

Well! I meant to reenter the cyberworld proudly bearing my 07 Ghost Caramelldansen icon, but I am an idiot and ran an update while drawing (I use Ubuntu Linux). This sucessfully wrecked my drawing by turning my picture irriversably into 8 bit colour. Which killed it pretty dead.
However! Return of the Caramelldansen is in progress. Um. When my thumb works. Which isn't very often currently, but I'm hoping that the guys at the probably fictional hand specialist clinic will get back to me soon and we'll see how it goes from there. Until then, I'll (mostly) stick to my pixel work and make some caramelldansen icons.
Oh, the hair is still driving me nuts. And still looks awesome.

I failed so hard at porn this round. I'M SORRY. I've torn the main tendon in my thumb and so I couldn't draw and I tried the writing but I've been hit by a virus and sleeping away all my free time and so no porn. /emo
I've got some half written Jack Harkness/Crowley (Good Omens) wallporn if people are interested? I'll struggle through if people really want it.

Just a quick note to say that I am out of the cast, and attempting to resume normal life. Well, my life. Which is normal to me.
While one-handedly lurking through to internet, I have discovered 07-Ghost, and so to reassure you that my hand is back in almost working order I've drawn you a picture of the main character:
Well, okay. So he's not the main character. But he should be.
I have all the materials necessary for my Mitsuru cosplay! Although nothing's properly finished, and I have a lot of sewing, gluing and playing with foam to do. Pictures probably after I've finished the neck tie.
I'll be getting my hair dyed at the end of the month, so the colour's had more time to settle before the con, which is the 25th-27th of October. We've got the shoes for ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) palmtree101, she's already got the hair and we're on the lookout for the skirt and shirt basics. Shoes still need to be altered. So. That's not actually at all ready yet.
I've managed to convince nexmelody To be our Shadow, but we've taken the easy route and gone for a Maya, so that shouldn't take more than two-three days to make.
I'm worried that our costumes aren't hand-made enough to enter the contest, as they say around 70% handmade and we're using shop bought shoes, shirts and shirts and then modifying them. Does that count? We're making all the accessories though, so that should count for something.
My thumb's starting to ache and I've still got three more lab reports to type up, so I'll say bye for now. :D

So. That cyst I was bitching about in my last post? Wasn't a cyst.
Seven hours later, the doctors in hospital say that I've got a pelvic infection, and having pumped me full of saline prepare to shoot me up with antibiotics.
These particular antibiotics -I can't remember the name, but I have it written down- are usually given through IV. Given that I had an IV in, I'm not sure why she didn't give them that way, possibly because they would need to be given over a period of time and the hospital was full. So she gave them to me by putting the needle in my arm -after assuring me that okay, she hadn't done this before, but she'd read up on it on the internet- and my god I am certain that the needle scraped the bone. This hurt quite a lot, and so I was making faces and holding my arm and suddenly the world imploded. Imagine the worst nausea you've ever had, the worst pain, the feeling of freefall, your heart and lungs working frantically and your skin on fire, and that's about 1/10th of what I felt. I honestly thought I was going to die, and apparently the nurse was somewhat concerned as well, although I wasn't paying much attention to her at the time, as I was trying to stay alive.
After a minute or two, the feeling faded and I came back to the world to find myself surrounded by medical looking people and mum, looking somewhat worried. I assured them that no, I wasn't going to die, and they let me go home a little while later.
Oh! And I finished that nutrition assignment! Thankfully before the hospital thing. The lecturer who I handed it in to was actually the one who told me to go to a doctor.

The reason you have not heard from me in the last few days is a) Jackie won Age of Empires 3, and b), one of the larger cysts on my right side burst on Monday. And Padung bit my stomach last night. Although not requiring hospitalization (just), it has made my life somewhat of a misery for the past few days. So I haven't felt like posting. Or drawing. Which is kinda annoying as The French Pantyshot is due on Monday, and only has the base colours down. Mind you, I'm kinda liking how it looks right now, so it may only require a bit of tweaking and a few shadows before it's ready to post. I'm trying to try out new methods, and this appears to be successful so far.
Uni life is going quite well so far, I am managing to balance on the piles of paperwork and hand in the important bits. This may come to a crashing end today, as an assignment is due in and dad has taken my notes to England. This is making typing up the report somewhat difficult. Currently I have texted my partner in the assignment, and am waiting for a reply so I can hopefully get the results off her. Fingers crossed.

My search shows that the fault lies somewhere in Kansas, which given the current(9pm) time over there means they should have had it fixed already. D:<
I've managed to get the post page working, so at least I can vent my frustrations in a peaceful manner.
Also, this is the perfect excuse to procrastinate from putting up kinkfest prompts, which are proving to be much harder than expected (no puns, please.)

Poor Paddy-puss had/has an abscess on his chest, which meant he had to stay the night at The Vets. He's back now, with a drain stitched in, and pitifully waving his paw in the air in order to get scraps off peoples plates. Veto is being over-protective of his brother, and consequently whenever another of the cats steps within a ten foot radius of Padung, Veto is up in their face, all fluffed going "What? What?! You wanna piece of this?!" Which is both cute and somewhat scary at the same time.
Time in Kansas is now 11:15pm. Still no friends list.

It's study break! Let's blog.
Today I went to the chiropractors with mum. Although initially exceptionally skeptical (my back doesn't hurt, why do I need to go to a chiropractor?) I am now completely brainwashed, and have made two appointments for Tuesday and Wednesday. This is after seeing the x-rays of my back, which has a sideways curve of 20 degrees or so. It's meant to be straight, so I guess that perhaps a bit of back bending might be in order.
Also the chiro said to my mum that she hasn't been quizzed so hard about how it works since she left Uni, as I was not going to take anything she said at face value. However I am satisfied that medically and scientifically chiropracty will make me healthier and may help with other problems that I had not initially connected to my back, including! my cysts.
I say that $250 dollars a year is a small price to pay compared with having surgery once a year.
Also, I have a Barricade! And a Frenzy! Very happy, have been staging mock fights between Bumblebees, Optimus and Barricade (all deluxe versions, so about 20cm high). I was somewhat surprised the first time Frenzy popped out of Barricade's chest, as I hadn't read the packaging and wasn't expecting it, or the spring loaded punch that got me in the face. Barricade is vicious.

Third post!
I have debated with myself over whether or not to make this viewable to the public, but I figure if I can draw two guys screwing I can talk about my dreams. Family members may wish to avoid this post.
Why is it, whenever I'm sick I have the most erotic dreams? Always happens, without fail. It's how I know if I should actually take the day off or not. Possibly the fever does it? Example:
Last night I had the most cracky, awesome dreams ever. I was Ichigo, saving the world which just happened to be centered around my grandma's house (way to pick a location, brain) except that fell off a cliff and I had to learn this new technique to blast a way out that ended up with me/Ichigo getting all these cool rune tattoos and then there was a scene change and I ended up in this Japanese style place and Renji was on the bed and there was hot Ichigo(me)/Renji action. Stupid Hanatarou interrupting us, I don't need any damn bandages.
...
I think I read too much gay porn.
Anyway, my point is that I have dreams that if I could get my act together and actually write down coherently, (or hey, even illustrate!) I would make millions. Seriously.
Also, I would be sorry about spamming peoples friends lists with meaningless updates (hey, there was art!) but nobody watches me anyway. /Emo.

My tab key is still missing.
I'm not well again, suffice to say there is an internal infection and bleeding and ridiculously strong antibiotics. The usual, really.
This means I have an immense craving for fruit -last time it was berries, this time it's apples. Given that it is autumn, I'm really in luck. The rest of the family have gone out on their weekendy type errands and have been told not to return without apples.
My mum says that my on again off again love affair with apples has been going ever since I first tried them -she can remember a knee-high blond girl clinging to her skirts and hopefully asking "Ah-pull?". :D I was such a cute kid. My dad says that the apple tree in our garden ended up being held together with bits of string due to the fact they left all the undersized fruit on because they were kiddie sized. Once the string broke and a section of the apple tree fell off, much to my amusement at the time.
no_true_pair Has just released the prompt list, and I am both relieved and annoyed that I didn't sign up. Relieved, because I would have had so many awesome prompts that there is no way I could have done anything but sit in front of my computer all day, and annoyed because, well, now I don't have awesome prompts.
Still, I am continuing with my roads_diverged prompts, and have nearly finished the lineart for 'Gangsta'. The title is a working title, I wish to point out, and is purely to amuse me.
I would have the lineart finished already, but porn_battle prompts got in the way, even though I only finished one. But I'm going to post that separately because I don't like posting porn in the same post as childhood memories, for some reason.

This week has been very productive, although I still have a stack of things to do.
I've just finished planting out the flax bushes we bought on the way home from Matamata, which I hope will do well. I'm not sure how they'll take to the sudden change of climate, but they seem to be doing well so far.
We got the plants at a garden cafe halfway back. There was a sign at the entrance stating that dogs were only allowed on a leash, so we figured they'd be okay with Fitzy. We put his leash on and had a grand time. Fitz thought that the place was fascinating, and the cafe staff were fascinated by Fitzy. You'd think they'd never seen a cat on a leash.
The Easter holiday was wonderful. My nine year old cousin is determined to convert me to christianity, as she has been told by her youth group leader that people that don't believe in God will go to hell. For some reason this makes me want to slap said leader. I'm afraid that her crusade may be somewhat wearing on her belief, as questions such as 'Why does easter change every year, when christmas doesn't?' and 'What about the people that don't know about god, will they go to hell as well?'. To the last one, her responce was that everyone knew about god. She was quite surprised to find out that this was not the case.
Unfortunately, the holiday were not without bad news. When we got home my dad was frustrated by the noisy Rosella parrots in the trees and came back out onto the deck with a gun. It turned out it was a plastic pellet gun, but I didn't know this at the time and there was somewhat of a squabble, during which dad slipped over and landed on a iron basket. Which broke his hip. Major guilt, even though dad is not upset and it's just a fracture.
Okay, enough typing. I need to eat me some easter eggs. Of which there is lots. :D

Finally, finally, after nearly six months, I have copied over all of my LJ entries to IJ. I am now backed up! And have tags! Yes!
Today mum and my sister went shopping and me and dad weren't allowed along, as we are of the mindset "get it over and done with" and my mum and sister thoroughly enjoy the experience. However as a sort of sorry, I now have little four inch high transforming versions of Starscream, Blackout and Ironhide! :D Starscream I've had for a month or so now, he came with me to Melbourne and was also very popular. He hangs around with my little iridescent octopus plushie and the two are usually referred to as 'Starscream and his Tentacles', which has led to some very interesting discussions among the Transformers fans at curry night.
But yes! Now there are three! Technically four, as Jackie has a Jazz of the same make. The only problem is that as they are so small, it is very easy to pop their arms and legs off during transformation. This can be somewhat amusing.
They are currently enjoying a tea party on the coffee table in the living room.
Today has been fully of blood.
I was woken up far too early by a cat fight in which Sai bit Padung's throat and there was lots of blood all over the carpet and down the stairs leading to dad's workshop, where Padung hid. Azra was concerned enough that she jumped into the fight to help get Sai off Padung, which it virtually unheard in that a) cats aren't usually team fighters, b) Azra never fights as she is very small and has damaged hind legs, and c) Azra is the lowest ranking cat in the pride, and Sai is the leader. So needless to say we were all rather concerned also.
Thankfully the bleeding stopped quickly, or else I don't know what we would have done. Padung has been resting up in my bed, and now all appears to be back to normal. Except for the bloodstains in the carpet, which won't come out.
Also Fitz caught a bird which dad and I did our best to save, but did not succeed. Again, blood on my hands. Thankfully working in a vets has somewhat accustomed me to this. Fitz is in the bad books.
It is getting late, and I am thinking of writing some more in my Very Secret Diary, which is what I will next be copying over on to the Interwebs. However, you will not get to see it as it is my Very Secret Diary for a reason, and is for my eyes only. Sorry.
